How the LED Lounge Works
1. Cleanse + Prep
When you arrive, there will be a bowl of warm water, facial sponge and cleanser ready. Cleanse your skin
twice. Clean skin ensures maximum light absorption and better results.

2. Get Comfortable Under the Light
I guide you into position under the LED canopy and adjust everything for comfort.
The lounge is fully reclined so you can relax while the clinically calibrated light works on your skin.
You simply close your eyes and unwind.

3. Targeted Light Therapy
Your treatment is customised depending on your skin goals.
We use specific wavelengths to stimulate different responses within the skin:

• Red Light – Stimulates collagen and elastin production, improves firmness and reduces fine lines
• Near Infrared (NIR) – Works deeper in the tissue to support healing and reduce inflammation
• Blue Light – Targets acne-causing bacteria and calms breakouts
The light penetrates the skin at a cellular level, energising mitochondria (your cells’ power source) to enhance repair and regeneration.

4. Finishing Skin Support
After your session, you apply your finishing products to lock in hydration and protection.
