Mesopen Pro- Mesotherapy - No needles.

The Meso Pen Pro treatment using the non-needle tip offers a gentle yet effective way to rejuvenate and revitalise the skin without discomfort or downtime. This advanced treatment uses electroporation—a technology that temporarily opens microchannels in the skin using controlled electrical pulses. These pulses allow the potent Fusion® sterile serums to penetrate deeper into the skin without the need for needles. Ultra Sonic Device

BT-Ultrasonic Technology uses low-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and enhance the penetration of active ingredients into the skin. During exfoliation, the ultrasonic waves gently loosen and lift away dead skin cells and surface debris, revealing a smoother, brighter complexion without irritation. In the extraction phase, the vibrations help to dislodge and clear out congestion from pores, reducing blackheads and refining skin texture. Finally, during the infusion stage, the device uses a process called sonophoresis, which helps serums penetrate more effectively by temporarily disrupting the skin’s barrier, allowing active ingredients to absorb deeper.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are professional skin treatments that use safe, exfoliating acids to remove the outermost layers of dead, dull skin, revealing a fresher, smoother, and more radiant complexion underneath. By speeding up cell turnover and stimulating new skin regeneration, chemical peels help to improve a wide range of skin concerns.

For ageing skin, peels can reduce the appearance of fine lines, smooth rough texture, and improve firmness and tone by encouraging collagen production. For acne-prone skin, chemical peels help to unclog pores, reduce breakouts, and fade post-acne marks. They’re also effective in improving pigmentation, sun damage, and uneven skin tone, leaving the skin brighter and more even.

Advanced Serums

Deeper penetration of advanced serums—especially those containing peptides, growth factors, and other active ingredients—significantly enhances their ability to work at a cellular level, where real change in the skin occurs. When these ingredients reach the deeper layers of the epidermis and dermis, they can more effectively stimulate collagen and elastin production, repair damaged cells, regulate pigment, and improve hydration and firmness. This increased delivery means the skin receives higher concentrations of performance ingredients exactly where they're needed, leading to faster, more visible, and longer-lasting results—whether you’re targeting ageing, pigmentation, dullness, or loss of tone.

Fusion serums are specially formulated with high-quality, potent ingredients (such as hyaluronic acid, peptides, antioxidants, and vitamins). These serums are designed to work well with skin needling and electroporation, as their molecular structure is optimized for deeper penetration. The combination of microneedling and electroporation ensures that these active ingredients reach the deeper dermal layers, where they can have the greatest impact on improving skin texture, hydration, elasticity, and overall appearance.

A-Zyme® Peel Treatment

Dramatically rejuvenates the appearance of skin by diminishing the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles. The powerhouse of all Ultraceuticals treatments, our A-Zyme® Peel combines potent Vitamin A (Retinol) & Bromelain to soften the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, even skin tone and plump the skin for a more youthful-looking & instantly glowing complexion. Bromelain, an enzyme derived from pineapple, helps brighten the skin’s surface by exfoliating the build-up of dead skin cells, while Retinol promotes a rejuvenated complexion by improving skin brightness, clarity, luminosity.

Results are instant and continue to develop. Optimal results are visible 2 weeks post treatment.

For those addressing specific skin concerns—like pigmentation, ageing, or persistent congestion—a course of treatments every 2 to 4 weeks is recommended. Once results have been achieved, maintenance peels every 6 to 8 weeks help to preserve improvements and support ongoing skin renewal.

LED Light Therapy

Not all LED is created equal!
Dermalux LED Light Therapy is a non-invasive, clinically proven treatment that uses therapeutic light energy to rejuvenate and heal the skin. It works by delivering specific wavelengths of light—red, blue, and near-infrared—into the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate natural cellular processes. Red light boosts collagen and elastin production, reduces inflammation, and enhances overall skin radiance. Blue light targets and destroys acne-causing bacteria, helping to clear and prevent breakouts. Near-infrared light accelerates healing, calms irritation, and reduces redness.
